I am addicted to weddings. I have tried to give them up – but can’t.

My husband has told me that if I show him one more picture of a bride we will shortly be divorced. He obviously doesn’t understand the whole shoe, hair, dress, bling thing. Having said that he does understand the whole marriage thing – we are very pleased to be together and thoroughly approve of people tying  the knot.

Like many others I have always had a strong interest in photography which led me to undertake a Diploma in Visual Arts majoring in photography. I have also studied at Photography Studies College at Southbank, Melbourne. I have both a science and visual arts background with a distinct leaning to the arts side of things. The relevance of this is that now I am a wedding photographer, have been so for a couple of years and truly love it.

I am a photojournalist at heart and try to capture the soul and spirit of each couple’s day.

Weddings are always wonderful no matter where they are, who is getting married, whether it happens to be raining or snowing or the limousine goes to the wrong house or the best man forgets the ring. None of this seems to matter in the end – weddings are always inspirational.
